Liked: Good showering related services and a Fair attention.
Disliked: The place wasn't isolated from outside air current at all. It was very cold and I could hear everyone else from inside and from other bedrooms, and they could hear me for sure.

Disliked: There's no towels, front office lady said soon bring to your room, never came, late night I call again they bring but the bed no blanket, I ask for it and extra blanket and extra towel the lady never bring. It was super cold, no AC, no heater, no even fan.The room spacious the kitchen terrible. Only nice big fridge and the balcony ✨They must to train the people and update the room.

Liked: The room was nice. The room itself was clean. I'm not sure if the bed was. The sheets had hair in them
Disliked: The shower would plug up immediately when you used it. It would flood the bathroom. The toilet only flushed once, and then you had to wait about an hour before you could use it again, which made it difficult to travel with someone else. The pillows were terrible. I could have asked for others, but looking at what was available, they didn't seem any better. I don't know about the staff. I asked them for some simple things like sugar or cream, and they didn't give us any. Maybe it was a language barrier. Other things they provided. Like a cleaning rag and toilet paper. I'm pretty sure they ignored us for breakfast on the last day.
