Poor

Liked: The location is great, right next to the Domkerk. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant bar downstairs, which could be very convenient.
Disliked: The shower sink was smelly, and the fact that it didn’t have a door made it worse, as the smell spread throughout the entire room. The curtains didn’t close fully. The bed had very uncomfortable, overly tall pillows. Having the room as one open space wasn’t comfortable. The cleaning could have been much better — if you slapped the chairs or the bed, you could see dust flying around.

Liked: Great location and the best view from our room. The bath was amazing.
Disliked: The room was a bit shabby for the price we paid. The toilet doorknob was loose, the faucet for the bath was loose. There were waterdamage stains arouns the sink and the paint was chipped in multiple places.

Disliked: Beds in room 8 a bit uncomfy (mattress made us move towards the center). We could not find the switch off for the motion detected light at the rooms door, so light went on when one went to the toilet at night.
