Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic - it's in the middle of the city, so it's super easy to go to restaurants, shops and cafes.The staff is just excellent, shout out to Loan for being extra nice, funny and genuinely willing to help.We're hoping to be back soon.

Great place to stay, with...

Liked: This was quite a cool hotel and we really enjoyed the silk theme. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. We wished we could have stayed longer than the two nights we booked. The area was very central with an abundance of places to eat right outside with even more options a few minutes walk away.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room (only a coffee pod machine) so if you wanted anything other than coffee you needed to go downstairs. The only other thing I can think of is that the keycards to get into the rooms were really sensitive so if the cards were close to your cell phone or anything like that they needed to be reset...which you only find out when you get to your door and you can't open it.
