Very convenient location

Liked: The room is very correct. Perfect location, walking distance to the train station and the historic sites. The staff super friendly and helpful. Good restaurants close by.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were super friendly, rooms were extremely clean and location was only a short walk right into the centre of Verona.

Very good

Liked: The service and contact with the staff it was fine, the room spacious and beds comfy as well!
Disliked: The breakfast was poor of ingridients(like no egg boiled or scrambled) and room hasn 't fridge to cool our drinks!

Superb

Liked: The location is great — midway between the train station and the center. It is convenient for those with late night train rides.
Disliked: None.

uncomfortable stay

Liked: room was very old, no seating or lobby as shown, no wi-fi reception, no kettle or minibar, no toiletries, elavator humm and neighbor room shouting screaming all night. Good breakfast, central location between the station and centre, and kind staff. But definitely not worth the price.

Perfect - highly recommended

Liked: Location was perfect for us, between the old city and the train station, where we arrived / left from and did a day trip to Venice. Very large room with balcony which was serviced daily, so always clean and tidy. Reception was staffed day and night and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Beat my expectations

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel’s room, the people working there too. The room was a good size also.
Disliked: Clean, large rooms

Fantastic super clean budget hotel...

Liked: Hotel Siena was an easy walk from the train station . It is a great basic hotel. In a great location to easily walk to the arena . Spotlessly clean, and a very good breakfast included with a coffee machine that made whatever you wanted ( and good coffee too). We had a room facing the street with a little balcony. Housekeeping came every day. Reception staff were very helpful and suggested some great restaurants.
Disliked: The only thing that wasn’t so good ( and not the hotel’s fault ) were the workmen mending the street outside who started drilling at 7.30 am !! So early !! If I visited again I would also probably pop in my travel kettle as I did miss making a hot drink in my room , but such a minor thing . I would definitely return.
