Disliked: Nasty stains on walls.Thin walls and very loud people staying at the hotel. It is impossible to have a good night of sleep because of the constant noise of people that come and go and of the train.

Liked: I was expecting horrible room based on other opinions, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, bathroom was also clean, AC was working. Good prize for this location.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: How they are not understanding and helpful. The receptionist said that the hotel is open 24/7 and that there will be a time where we have to press the bell to let ourselves in. My mom and I were very exhausted but then when we arrived to the hotel, It was closed and we tried ringing the bell countless times. I sent an email to the hotel, called them numerous times and no one was still answering We tried opening the door and shouted for help and thankfully someone was there. We were outside for around 10 minute, panicking and stressing out because our luggage was still inside the room. Another thing is that the receptionist only talked in Italian and was not helpful at all. We were translating what we wanted to say but he still kept repeating what he said. It was hard for us to communicate. Not recommending this so called “hotel”
