Overall a comfortable and pleasant...

Liked: Close by to the event we wanted to be at, good to have a room that accommodates for 3 people. Good size bathroom and shower. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The rooms are quite dark and feel a little enclosed because of the dim lighting. A little dated so could do with modernising and tv signal wasn’t great. Not the best snack selection very limited. No window - boarded off.

Disliked: The booking was non-refundable and so I paid full payment during my booking, and the money has already been withdrawn my account.However, during my stay at the hotel, after midnight I received an email which stated that my credit card was invalid and then at very early morning at about 5-6 o’clock, I received another email that stated that my booking was cancelled because of my invalid credit card. Meanwhile I was staying at the hotel. I already paid full payment during my booking. There is no case that my card was invalid. Another point is that hotel is 4 stars hotel. But it is far from 4 stars. It would be 2 stars or at most in between 2 and 3 stars. I lost my respect to hotel stars.I couldn’t believe how booking.com list this type of hotels in their services. This is the worst hotel I stayed regarding to what they promise and what they serve.

Liked: Great location for shopping at Westfield. Not far from the tube.
Disliked: 1. The lock of the terrace door broke. I felt unsafe for sleeping at night and for my things when I was not in the hotel. 2. There is no EU socket or USB hub in the room. I was so surprised about this because every accommodation so far where I stayed in London has got these facilities. So, don't forget to BYO!3. Not enough light in the room.
