Disliked: It is a bit far from the city center, and the area is not very peaceful, especially at night.

Great stay, comfy bed and...

Liked: The person who helped us with check in was friendly and very kind. He also helped us with information about congestion charges and best options to sort this out. The hotel is walking distance from Westfield shopping centre and that makes it very convenient.
