This modern hotel is located in the Merheim district a 10-minute drive east of Cologne city center. Perfect for us but location...

Liked: We stay here regularly, as family live nearby. We always have the same large room and we know the staff well. Breakfast is excellent. Our room has a clean bathroom (important!) with ample space - and everything works!
Disliked: We had a slight problem with the app for the car park barrier but this was quickly resolved.

decent hotel, better than at...

Liked: breakfast included a lot of fresh options, better than the average hotel experience
Disliked: room was a bit smelly, but nothing too disturbingroom windows on ground floor made it feel like it was in a basementlocation, neighborhood is not a pleasant one; building is not inviting, but it was good for what we neededeasy to visit Koln center with an Uber (15-20 euro's)

The proximity to local restaurants...

Liked: The staff was courteous and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything I needed.
Disliked: No criticisms.
