Liked: the location of the hotel was good, and the staff.
Disliked: I had a room without a window. Well there was a window, but you couldn't open it, and even if you could it would look into the inner side of the hotel. same for the window in the bathroom. it was to loud/noisy, as you could hear the other guests - the window looking into the inner side of the hotel...

Great hotel and highly recommended...

Liked: SERHS Rivoli Rambla is a quality hotel in the heart of Barcelona, right on La Rambla. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The rooftop bar is a nice bonus, and the €15 breakfast buffet is decent.Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff service was excellent. The area is very busy, and nearby construction adds to the crowds, but the location makes up for it.A solid choice if you want to stay in the center of it all.
Disliked: A road construction outside the hotel and traffic congestion in the area.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful. They kept us informed and answered all our queries. We landed way before check in time and the hotel could not get our room ready so early. But the staff kept us informed and specially pushed to get the room ready.. The next best was the location.. absolute spot on.. right at the end of Larambla so we could connect with metro very easily.. The roof top bar was amazing.. great view and good vibe.. lovely to have a drink in the evening.. The hotel even gave us a bottle of wine complementary which was lovely.
Disliked: The room first- was not the cleanest. For a 4 star it had no carpet floor so the room floor was getting dirty.. there were small insects in the bathroom which we had to fix.. The third bed they had in was not comfortable.. Not sure if they wash their kettle with some soap or cleanser, the water started to foam up when I filled it.. and not just little foam. Good amount of foam.. The lift was fit for 3 persons. So me with 4 suitcases had filled the thing completely.. and last one is mostly not the problem with the hotel itself, it was with the location, as la rambla is fully under construction. So was extremely dusty...
