Liked: Older hotel, great value for cost! Hotel staff made the stay very enjoyable!
Disliked: The hotel was very hot in the hallways, had to turn on the air conditioner in our room and let it run for a couple hours.

Super convenient location in a...

Liked: I loved the downtown location even though there is a fair amount of crime. The size of the room was fantastic
Disliked: I had to go and ask for coffee everyday even though I was staying for a week. They would only give me just enough for that day.

not perfect but good

Liked: I chose this hotel due to being close to my daughter center exam, having breakfast and parking free. However they did not serve breakfast, maybe due to coved, and we had to search in the city to find out where should we go. so we were so disappointed. In general the staff were very kind and for compensation they gave us a few hours free after the check out time.
Disliked: they should have told us for getting breakfast in their website

I tried to check in...

Liked: Nothing. It was awful.
Disliked: The service. Chris Beavis is the WORST!!!! I went to check in and Chris told me that I couldn?t use the TAP feature on my phone. She then told me that damage deposit was 400$ when it CLEARLY said 150$ on the site and when I called in. It?s obvious she was intimidated by the colour of my skin, because she letter went to write in a Review that she turned me away because I was ?SHADY?...
