Liked: The hotel is positioned on a central street in Old Town, just down from the main square, there's plenty of excellent restaurants surrounding it. The staff were very accommodating and helpful during my stay, service was great. The decor of the building was quite nice, and the rooms were always clean. I highly recommend

Liked: Comfortable room, good tea and coffee facilities. Good location for visiting the town square and Wawel Castle, pedestrian street. Good choice at breakfast. Staff were all very pleasant, they went the extra mile and gifted us a cake for our anniversary.

Loved it, will return.

Liked: Service level was exemplary . Gorgeous location just off of the old town square.
Disliked: Shower screen is looking a little worst for wear around the bottom of the glass.

Lovely, comfortable stat

Liked: Fantastic staff who went out of their way to book excursions and airport transfer. They arranged for a takeaway breakfast on the day of our journey home due to an early flight. Breakfast buffet choice was excellent. Fresh produce and scrambled eggs made to order. Hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring the Old Town and good choice of restaurants all around.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about the hotel or staff.

Liked: We visited hotel Senacki this week and it was perfect. The hotel was clean and luxurious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the old town and a very short walk to the square. The hotel helped us organise trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau as well as collection from the airport and our return journey. We would highly recommend Hotel Senacki to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow
