Liked: Great breakfast and good service. Cannot expect a better location in Munich. Within 5 minutes walk you have the U-bahn.

Liked: The included breakfast was delicious, handy location close to supermarkets and U Bahn, comfortable beds with enough room for our family of 4 (2 older teens).
Disliked: I would have loved a kettle in the room (but also knew it was not included)

Was not happy or comfortable

Liked: Photos advertised on booking.com were not true at all. Hotel was old with no facilities in room. Hotel felt like a hostel and very noisy. Also no lift in building.

Disliked: The rooms all have non smoking signs, I explicitly asked for a non smoking room.I was put into a smoking room, and really bad at that.When I complained about it they knew, the following day and put me up in a non smoking room. That room had no ensuite bathroom like the one I had and booked.The WiFi was so slow it was barely usable.
