Adequate
Liked: Bar n lounge area closed very early ' would have been nice to have a drink n chat after opera. Room very warm n stuffy.

Perfect hotel room with all...
Liked: The location close to the train station and the lake is perfect. Great breakfast selection snd delicious.

Superb
Liked: Alex at the reception captured us for almost one week by his support to find the right room. Also the other people working during breakfast time (the lovely ex-fussball-Profi) and the ladies taking care for the buffet, were excellent. The Hotel is very calm and modern. The rooms are cozy and the style fits the name „Seehotel“. Wonderful experience and again when back to Zürich!

Liked: The location was brilliant.
Disliked: Unfortunately I didn't have a very nice experience with one of the breakfast staff. She was quite officious and reprimanded me like a child while I was waiting to refill my cup with coffee. She could see I was waiting behind a gentleman who was at the beverage machine. As soon as he had finished she promptly started to tell me off stating they close at 10.00 and continued to verbally tell me off. It was 10.01 by the time I stood to refill. She did not speak to the gentleman in that way and I can only assume that this was ageist and sex discriminatory. I did report the incident to FOH and I was offered an apology. The experience did upset me and it wasn't pleasant, I sincerely hope that this doesn't happen to other guests as it was all very unnecessary.
