Liked: Location was very convenient to us for it was close to the Opera house, so it took us 7 min walking to return to the hotel after the performance. It is close to the very center too. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one. Breakfast was not served but a cafe nearby was recommended to us at the reception.

A truly comfortable experience

Liked: It was a really comfortable stay at Hotel Seegarten. The room was very clean and convenient, and there was not a single spot of dust. It was also very quiet. We did not hear anyone throughout our stay, meaning it was very easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The room was big and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and big. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable experience! Checking in and out was very easy. It is in a perfect location with only a 1 minute walk to the lake. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Will definitely book here again the next time we come back to Zurich!

Great location and staff makes...

Liked: The location is excellent, right on the lake. The rooms are a reasonable size and have all the facilities to make it a comfortable stay. The front desk staff - Katerina and Bianca were particularly helpful and very communicative and provided some great recommendations on where to visit in Zurich which made our stay much more enjoyable.
Disliked: We had trouble turning the heating down - was a bit hot in the room !

Well located but over priced...

Liked: Facilities do not really reflect the price - which was expensive when we booked.
Disliked: Fridge had to be replaced. Old bathroom and and shower - which leaked on the floor.
