Liked: The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil street at a very convenient location in the Jewish Quarter. Within short walking distance to all key sightseeing spots in the Quarter, the Wawel Castle and the scenic and lively embankment of The Vistula River. But it’s about a 20 minute-walk to the Old Town’s main square while just a 2-minute walk from hotel to bus/tram stops. You can also consider to ride on Bolt if necessary as it is cheap and reliable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, who changed my room immediately after check-in to another room with working air conditioning. A spacious double room with a good view (room 604) on the 6th floor though no lift from the 5th floor, which is fine with me. Be reminded to check the room size during your booking against the actual size of the room you are offered on spot.
Disliked: It’s an old hotel needs updating but it is ok as long as it is clean and spacious. WiFi is poor in room. No refrigerator and no kettle. For some days I got worn and frayed towels, to which they should definitely pay attention.

Disliked: Fridge didn’t work in room Toilet seat was wobbly and very looseIt did say bath/shower in booking but got a disabled access shower which was okay but was just looking forward to a decent bath.
