Had a lovely stay in...

Liked: We really enjoyed our bedrooms (Bed was very comfortable) and thought our view at the front was great. The layout of the family suite was very good with a shared hallway with the 2nd bedroom which had its own en-suite and suited our 18 son perfectly. Staff were very helpful and considerate (Simona, took her time when we arrived to make sure we were looked after)Location of hotel was excellent and thought the phone link to open the doors was very handy.
Disliked: One thing only, our bathroom did not match the excellent standard of our bedroom, it was clean but old and is obviously soon on the list for an upgrade/refurbishment.

Lovely hotel!

Liked: Lovely and quiet location, on a quick metro line into the city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing!

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The small room was not too tiny so it was okay in terms of size. Location is quiet and nice and also good for walking to meatpacking etc, around 8 minutes to the metro station. The shower was good and hot water was quick. The staff was lovely, special thanks to Sevval.
Disliked: Minifridge would ve been nice but we knew that going in :)
