Room was decent size. The comforter on the bed was all messed up and the feathers inside were all at the bottom. Took forever for someone to clean the room; the shower had no pressure! Soda machine was all out of water; stayed in room 213 and opened my blinds to a gehtto ass park and a bunch of people working with saws and banging around all night. Very disappointed with the visit and service. More than likely will never stay in Comfort Suites again.

Frustrating and disappointing

Disliked: We were suppose to pay for our rooms at check-in. After 3 pm. They called me at 1pm and said if we don’t pay now? We will lose our rooms because they overbooked and have rooms sold for more money. Which I thought was very shady. Also construction going on during stay and elevator did not work. They never mentioned that on their website. One thing aver another. Would not stay there again. Billing another issue.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was absolutely no mention of the state that this hotel was in so I had no idea it was a construction zone with no lobby, hallways that had no baseboards, paint splashes and dust in the carpet, and walls were either partially painted or just had the base coat on and smoke detectors in the hallways still covered with painters tape. The guest room was still under renovation and did not look like it was ready for guests. When I walked into the room, I thought it was a mistake. For example, the door frame to the connecting room was not installed yet, I couldn’t get the deadbolt to work unless the door was lifted up to match up the lock with the hole, no doorstop on the bathroom door so when you opened it all the way, it would hit the glass shower door, no garbage can in the bathroom and the room garbage can had Starbucks stir sticks and other garbage left from the previous guest, the main door had a huge gap underneath and we even could clearly hear the room next door screaming the f word multiple times as we were trying to get into our room etc etc. We were only staying one night but if it had been multiple nights, we probably would’ve been upset and nervous about staying there. There was no mention of breakfast or the construction in the guest rooms at check in but my booking.com confirmation said “breakfast included” so I went down to the “lobby” in the morning to find cereal, juices, fruit cups, Granny Smith apples and coffee/tea. A gallon of milk sat on the table with no ice or refrigerator and some cream cheese in a case, also not refrigerated. This wasn’t what I expected from the pictures or the reviews.
