Good

Not perfect but almost perfect

Liked: Location, location, location … right where anyone who visits Zurich would want to be. I could look out my window at the train station, which is the hub of transportation around the region.
Disliked: I thought it was too pricy. I knew the price when I booked it, but just thought it wasn’t the best value for my U.S. dollars.

Liked: Great staff great hotel very good location. All in all was a great experience. Except we left in very early morning and there were no hot water… shower in cold water… but other than this, really enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel with prime location...

Liked: The service was excellent, as was the location. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in very early—9:30 am. My daughters loved the chocolate trolley that visited to the room!
Disliked: We loved everything. Only negative was that the family suite had a pull-out couch that was uncomfortable—my daughters felt the springs through the thin mattress.
