Disliked: We booked this hotel because it was next to the train station and they offered this redcap service that sounded amazing on paper- staff in uniform to help with luggage to the hotel. It felt so charming that we immediately booked the service and received confirmation that someone would meet us. In the end, nobody was watering for us, and we had to call and wait. A nice staff did appear, but the magic was lost since we were expecting someone to be already waiting for us.

Disliked: House keeping was not attended properly.Leave only one bathroom rug not two, did not replenish teabags at mini bar, Bar service was super slow, we waited 15mins+ no one attended to our orders on two days running.
