Disliked: Get a room on the top floor. Floors aren’t sound proof.

Liked: Fabulous old fashioned type of hotel with a superb location on Lake lucerne.Staff were uber friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Personally don't like tables in restaurants to be so close you're part of the next tables conversation, almost. Unnecessary, when there's plenty of space.

Liked: The location was amazing…. But the customer service was phenomenal! We felt like royalty every minute.
Disliked: Nothing- it was amazing and I would live then if I could.

As stayed previuosly, rooms are...

Liked: Beautiful building and location.
Disliked: We booked a suite with a double bed, ended up with two single beds shuffled together, which were both so uncomfortable. The room was so cold, no heating, so was a really bad night sleep. We had stayed before and had a great room ‘18’, but this time we were in ‘183’ and not great at all. Staff were great, just the allocation of a good room is a lottery, but for 800 a night, should not be the case, that was our last visit.

Liked: Everything was fabulous. Comfy bed, great bathroom, really nice breakfast (with champagne included!). very friendly staff and a superb location.
Disliked: Bigger or separate duvets would be nice but this is a minor point.
