Liked: Great location and Sebastien on concierge was super helpful and friendly
Disliked: Staff need additional training.Charged €14.50 for a glass of milk for our baby.Challenged it and the charge was removed and and apology offered.Same thing happened the next evening and the in room dining staff was very rude and refused to hand over the milk without signing the bill.Complained to the Duty Manager and wanted to escalate further to the hotel general manager who could not be found despite us being told we would be contacted by him.He eventually called us after checking out to apologise.A very expensive hotel that do not match their prices with their poorly trained staff and etiquette to their guests.
