Disliked: The lobby area is small, long wait for check out and not an inviting place to relaxMixed service at breakfast. Didn’t get the food menu or offered more coffee on one day, second day the manager complained loudly about another group of guests The spa only opens in the afternoon during the week. We expected longer opening hours or at least information in an advertised spa hotel
