Liked: The hotel was a traditional architecture of german style, it was cosy, not crowded. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept, it had a big balcony with a great view and you could relax in the chairs. In the morning you could hear birds singing and it was really quiet. The brakfast was amazing. 15 min from Freiburg, 1 hour from the airport, 1 hour from Colmar. We rented a car at the airport and it was a comfortable way of transport. The scenery of the black forest and all the villages nearby was stunning. The staff was great and helpful. The room was big and clean, it had all the comfort you could need and also a socket by the bed.
