Liked: Everything was perfect for us !!! Lovely place !

Liked: The place is beautiful and has great views of the city. It wasn't far from the main parking garage in town. The breakfast was great and it was very special in overlooking the city.
Disliked: I stayed in room 26, when we came from town at night we had no lights. The hotel didn't have anyone available after 9 PM or any emergency numbers at the front desk. They blamed it on room 25. They said they plugged in a 120 cell phone charger and shorted the circuit. At no time, they offered to do a partial refund to make it up for my misfortune. Anyway, the staff is very nice, very clean and safe facility. I recommend this place and I would stay again.

Disliked: No elevator but that’s typicalRestaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which are the 2 nights we stayed there

Amazing location.

Liked: The location is amazing. After a day of visiting Salzburg or hiking around, resting on the hotel's terrace and admire the sunset its nothing more that you expected. Beside, the hotel is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely I would like to return this location any time soon.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Pillows we very soft and not comfortable; No fridge or iron in the room; Limited options for dining in. Please note that this hotel is only suitable for people coming with a car.
