Liked: View from the lobby was good. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: We were very unsatisfied with the staff. On arrival, we needed instruction for parking but the lady was very rude. Also the check in experience was very bad.

Avoid at all costs
Liked: The view is good and the hotel has onsite parking.
Disliked: When we arrived, the hotel didn’t have the apartment available that we had booked and paid for. Instead they offered us a tiny room (1/5th the size of what we booked) that we didn’t all fit in. On top of that the baby cot they gave us was broken with one side completely missing so our baby could crawl out. The room they tried to offer was also disgustingly dirty - stained and dirty carpets, curtain pole broken and falling down, and a bad smell in the room. We left and booked another hotel. Not sure if this is a scam or just incompetence but we would never book again.

Was better than expected
Liked: Nice conditions, very good value for money.Clean.Breakfast is simple, with traditional items on the menu—perfectly fine for me, as I'm not very demanding. The dining area is spacious and glass-enclosed, with the option to eat on an open terrace, which makes for a pleasant breakfast experience. You can feel the morning atmosphere and enjoy a view of part of Frankfurt.The staff is friendly and helpful. Special appreciation goes to the receptionist named Sztefan.
