Disliked: - Friendliness of the staff during every encounter - different people but all equally unfriendly and lack of customer service - Parking situation - lack of parking spaces especially for guests with lots of luggage from out of the country - Offered voucher of two „free drinks“ at the bar but only under condition that you had to order a meal there - hardly a four star service attitude

Liked: Location was great, that's probably the only thing I liked
Disliked: Maybe it was beautiful in the past, but it looks quite worn out. Airconditioner was not working properly, I ended up with just opening the window during the night. One of the elevators was not working, so you need to use stairs with your luggage. The breakfast was quite poor, no one probably bothered to clean the tables. Check out time is up to 10:30, which is earlier than usual. Wifi in my room was unstable

Liked: Great hotel in the middle of the town, next to the main tourist street. The accommodation was great. The beds were very comfortable. It's worth booking parking in the garage, as there is a limited amount of parking spots.

Value for money and close...

Liked: Food was great, staff were attentive and helpful, garage was good but very tight with a larger vehicle.
