Liked: A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.

Liked: High standard of the hotel,perfect location -old town, shops and restaurants NEXT to the hotel,very helpful and kind stuff. 10 min walk to the Lechfall. Very elegant interior of the restaurant, it was a great pleasure dining in such a beautiful place. Good choice of food. There is also a charming bakery. Love this place.
Disliked: Glass door in the bathroom - it looks good but not practical for the family of four

Disliked: Room hot in the evening sun and air conditioning not working. A bit expensive and underground parking ramp difficult with steep corners and narrow access.Restaurant has few vegetarian options

Liked: Friendly attentive staff. I was so happy to let them consist business in English rather than my poor Deutsch. Fantastically fluent. Room for five adults, amazing!! Allowed me to use their parking garage without a reservation.
Disliked: Parking was tight in the Volvo XC 90 that I was driving, but we made it work
