Fabulous homey hotel in heart...

Liked: Traditional, charming, very clean hotel in ideal location in city center. Rooms are small but laid out well, comfy beds and bedding, and have heavy pane windows for blocking out any street noise. Great water pressure too. Breakfast is Fabulous!!! It could be main meal of the day. Traditional German breakfast with excellent coffees, fish, eggs, cheeses, fruit, veggies, fresh breads and pastries.
Disliked: Nothing really.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: The location was amazing. We could walk to everything. The breakfast had such a variety and was such a great value.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there were two twin beds pushed together. I didn’t like that they didn’t have complementary water in the room.

Great location right next to...

Liked: Great location right in the centre of the old town.Rooms were clean, fridge was full of drinks & snacksBreakfast was very good, scramble eggs, bacon, sausages & a full selection of yogurt, fruit & petite cakes/croissants.

Great location, nice room (while...

Liked: Breakfast was good, fresh and sufficient variety of choice. Coffee was good as well.
Disliked: AC in a bathroom switched on automatically very shortly after the light is turned on, and then was running for 15 minutes, noisy. Room rate is a bit overpriced.

Location, Location, Location - 5...

Liked: Amazing location, within a few minutes of everything you would want to see in Munich Old Town. As a sole traveler, I felt safe and secure. Staff were so helpful, breakfast was excellent with every type of food you could wish for prepared with love and care. As you are so near lots of churches and cathedrals be prepared for some bell ringing, but not at night, just in the daytime. Second oldest hotel in Munich owned by the same family for over 450 years.
Disliked: nothing. everything was perfect for me.
