Disliked: Only room size.

Liked: Location is the key here and there are probably about 5-6 of your top 10 sights to see in Munich within walking distance. Plus the trains are close and the central train station is walkable if you are travelling intercity Lots of good traditional eating and drinking around Rooms are lovely and clean and breakfast is included and it is a substantial traditional style buffet
Disliked: The rooms are very small. Japan like if you’ve traveller there Comfortable and air conditioned but no area to relax in.

Perfect location and wonderful staff

Liked: The location is perfect. We walked to the English Gardens and the Residenz Munchen. The Glockenspiel is almost right outside your door, as is a metro station to get you anywhere else you need to be. The breakfast is delicious like everyone says. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. I would also just like to shout out the staff. We got in to the hotel around 10:30 in the morning and I asked if we could leave our luggage. They actually checked to see if our room was ready and then let us into our room. An absolute godsend for 2 jet lagged people! I would stay here 100 more times.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful
