Liked: Great location; rich breakfast; nice & supportive attitude of personnel;
Disliked: The floor carpet from the room was with stains.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Excellent option in the heart...

Liked: Room was big, nice and comfortable. Beds were great. The location of the hotel is very good in a crowded area. If you want to be where "action happens" it's a great option, if you'd rather stay in a quiter neighbourhood you may want to look someplace else. Breakfast was very good, lots of options, good qualtiy.

Liked: Great location for seeing a lot of Munich by foot. Nice room and grounds.

Exceptional

Good hotel in the centre

Liked: In the middle of the busy centre but inside it's calm and quiet. We had two single rooms and both were really nice - small but perfectly formed! Nice shower and comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a few vegan options for breakfast - oat milk and dairy free spread is available in most places now but not here.

Perfect Hotel in a perfect...

Liked: A great boutique hotel in the perfect location. Cafes, restaurants, food market, beer halls all within 5 min walk. Metro and Hop on Hop off bus stops are within 1 min walk. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean and easy accessible by lift. There is daily room service, coffee/tea making facilities in the room along with a mini bar. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, fresh and with attentive staff making delicious cappuccinos for you. I felt very safe in this hotel as a solo female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Not that I didn’t like, but my room looked a little tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint and brighting up. Also a few more English speaking channels on the TV or the ability to put on Subtitles would be amazing.
