Free parking, good breakfast, sumptuous...

Liked: Clean and comfortable, free parking, good restaurant, friendly staffs
Disliked: The lift will only take you to a certain level and you have to take the stairs to go up the room

Friendly, helpful and responsive staff...

Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly. Our stay overlapped Xmas Eve and Christmas Day and the 2nd day of Christmas, so they reached out the week before to say they wouldn't be able to provide breakfasts for 3 of our 4 mornings. We'd stayed there about 20 years ago and it was the best breakfast we'd ever had, so we were disappointed; however, it totally made sense given the holiday. The advance notice allowed us to make other plans, and they refunded us for the breakfasts we didn't get. I had booked us a suite as I wasn't sure how much we'd be in the room, and it was fantastic, with plenty of space for us to spread out and also an enormous bathroom! We'd stay there again the next time we are in the area, without hesitation!
