Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price we paid. The location is very convenient, close to the city centre/shopping district, but just far enough away to avoid noise and crowds. It offered a good balance of accessibility and peace. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Frankfurt!
Disliked: While the staff were friendly and helpful but I felt they could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming.

I arrived at almost 1:00...

Liked: The location is perfect. Right in the city center. Buying stuff and ferrying it to the hotel and back was so easy for me due to the accessibility. There is a Doner Kebab restaurant right opposite that served very good and affordable food. There are many other restaurants around there.
Disliked: I will confirm if there's anything when I am back. I really liked that the mattress was comfortable. I got the city view room, which I really liked. I will be back.
