Good, but

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets were clean, which made for a good night’s sleep. Room service was responsive and changed our towels whenever we needed. The room itself looked nice and came with a TV (mostly Spanish channels, no Netflix or streaming apps), a small kettle, and a selection of coffee and tea. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We tried the breakfast once and it was quite good – plenty of options and delicious coffee.
Disliked: Despite the overall good look of the room, it was very dusty – especially under the bed, which clearly hadn’t been hoovered in a long time. We also noticed hair stuck to the bathroom walls, some mouldy sealants, and a rusty shower. While the room was technically clean, it wasn’t up to the standard we expected. The room was also quite dark, which didn’t help the overall feel. On top of that, many loud guests were staying on our floor and would run and shout late into the evening – something we could clearly hear from our room, making it hard to relax.
