Hotel Savoy

A good choice overall.

Liked: Quite centrally located to explore all that Jersey has to offer. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Bedroom a little dated but it was fine. Unheated outdoor pool but we knew that when we booked. The weather was not quite good enough during our stay to tempt us to use the cold pool!

Liked: Location was excellent and front entrance was lovely. Breakfast was good
Disliked: No air con. Very tired rooms. Broken shower (reported and not fixed). Have to pay for parking. View over old garages.

Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated could do with a refurbishment.

Disliked: Huge Burn in the carpet in my roomSmall room tired decor lack of plug socket beside the bed. A used bottle of water left as my complimentary water ? A hairdryer that only blew cold air.

Liked: Breakfast was good, but could do with a little variation on the not foods
Disliked: The music in the bar and restaurant was jazz(modern) ok if you like that sort of music, not everyone does , and every night!! Also so loud, difficult for conversation. It put us off for eating more than twice there.

Comfortable, but not over impressed.

Liked: Public areas, bar and restaurant were all to a high standard.
Disliked: Our bedroom was quite "tired". Shower room was in need of updating.
