Disliked: We stayed in room 301. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very loud. The hotel staff couldn't move us, the hotel was full, but they called an engineer who said there was nothing they could do. Loud low frequency hum, impossible to sleep. We had to turn it off, we were lucky it was a cool night. When we checked out, the hotel staff sympathized with us and offered a 30% refund for the night, but so far we have not received any money.

Disliked: The staff this time around wasn’t attentive as they normally would be. I didn’t get room service, my Netflix wasn’t working due to engineering issues that they kept saying they were going to fix and never did and I had to go hunt down my own towels when I needed it cuz no one asked if I needed any the whole three days I was there..
