Great short-term stay

Liked: Staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the place was quiet, comfortable, and clean. It was close to where we wanted to be, Breakfast was great, free parking and WiFi access, it had everything we needed for a short stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

A nice hotel for a...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and lavish and the host very friendly.
Disliked: The price was too high, due to events which took place in Frankfurt the same week (I was not aware of it and it is not the fault of the hotels, of course, only bad timing).

Liked: Unpleasant staff. The first thing when I asked via a message in the app where I was informed about a late arrival at the hotel. They sent me the phone number for the reception so I could arrange it. I had paid for accommodation with breakfast, but in the morning at the reception the lady at the reception shows me some paper that I am not written there and I will not get breakfast, despite the fact that I show her in the app that I have accommodation with breakfast. In the future, I would rather sleep in the car on the seats than go here! And finally. Please teach the staff that when a person is sick, has snot and has a cough, it is really wrong to go to work at the reception.
