Good

Liked: Staff were friendly, room was clean and huge. The location was convenient for touring the old quarter. The cafe downstairs serves delicious coffee/tea (probably the best chai) and mile-high cakes.
Disliked: I booked a queen room, but was "upgraded" to an apartment on the third floor upon arrival. It was cold and soulless. I saw some other rooms and those looked like the pictures on the website. The worst thing is the lack of soundproofing: I could clearly hear a man in a bathroom in another room tapping his razor on the edge of the sink as if he were in the room with me. The apartment weirdly has two doors leading to two different hallways.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was not included but there is a cafe/bakery attached to hotel that was delicious and open all day. The location was close to all the biggest attractions and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Exceptional

Well located, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Very well located hotel with a nice cafe downstairs. Room was somewhat small but very clean and adequate for a three night stay. Bed was large and the mattress was very comfortable although all pillows were too high and firm for us (it's subjective after all). Friendly and helpful staff. The two sets of double-glazed windows removed most of the noise from the bustling street below so our sleep wasn't affected.
Disliked: There were major renovations happening in the building next door during the day time but they didn't affect us too much.

Cozy place, well positioned

Liked: In the middle of the old neighborhood and well positioned. Staff was young, professional and smiley always available to help. Just great patisserie shop in the hotel, their options available for sweet and salty breakfast were a good variety for different taste.In-house prize winning marmalades a must to try.
Disliked: Noted, sometimes, noises of water flushes from next room toilet were loud. Maybe some small sound insulation problems, nothing really annoying to deal with.
