We cannot wait to return...

Liked: I could not recommend this hotel more. It is beautifully decorated and every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better as it is only 1 minute walk from the main square. The pool and spa were gorgeous and the spa treatments were very reasonable. The breakfast options were amazing and everything was delicious! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again for my next trip to Krakow.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, very nice staff and facilities. We loved it.
Disliked: The double beds are quite small. One of the days we did not get clean towels

Exceptional

Liked: Loved the staff bartenders and staff in the restaurant. Waitresses in the morning very attentive to our every need. Front desk staff very clean hotel
Disliked: On our last night I had ordered a taxi and boxed breakfast as we had prepaid for our breakfast each day to be ready at 3am. Taxi was not ordered and breakfast was not made to take on the go. Thank goodness taxi was parked in front of hotel and left with out breakfast that cost me money for something we paid 60.00 dollars for
