A good hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel is situated in a quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the station and the cathedral. The room was a good size with a parquet floor, and large windows. The breakfast room was not too large, but the selection of hot and cold food was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket.

Best choice to enjoy Kőln

Liked: 2 adults and a todller here. We really loved the breakfast - great variety of food and sufficient time to enjoy it (it was available until 12:00 everyday)! 🥰 The stuff was very friendly and helpful. ✅️ The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The safety in the building is awesome - only checked guest (and stuff) can access the building because the elevator works by room card. The location of the hotel is perfect to easyly visit (by foot) everything Kőln has to offer, but also to have tranquility at night. Also, the hotel is placed in a good zone to find parking on the street - if not, the hotel offers parking (although - as expected - at a higher price). Overall, Hotel Santo exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Outstanding hotel

Liked: Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. The bar fridge and coffee station is a big plus. Compliments to the chefs and staff regarding breakfast - most delicious food offering a variety for every taste.
Disliked: The pillows are extremely soft - would have appreciated one firm and one soft pillow for every guest.
