Great hotel in a good...

Liked: The breakfast was great, and available until noon. Location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff were very friendly.

Liked: My room felt really cosy, the bed was comfortable, good wifi, a good shower, a brightly lit mirror, good breakfast!
Disliked: The room's lighting could have done with ability to light the room more (for when it's dark outside). With all lights on, during the evening, it felt a tad dim. When I checked in I really didn't like that the receptionist called me 'sir' upon arriving and then when I said that I don't want to be called that they didn't apologise, comment, or even look at me. Luckily it was just the once.

Liked: The staff were friendly . It was a good location.
Disliked: This hotel is definitely not 4 star. The facilities weren’t great. The room wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was nothing like the picture that is displayed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Handy location. Windows actually open so you can get fresh air!
Disliked: Mattress was quite hard - not as comfortable as I’d like it. No kettle in the room to make tea (had to request one at reception).
