Liked: Close to center
Disliked: Hotel is not 4 star. We had to live 3 adults in a small room. Room supposed to be for 2 person but they put one extra bed, wich made room very small Window was to some stairs with lights all night and without gardening was impossible to make dark during the night

It was a great stay...

Liked: I like the location and the serene elements of the hotel including the waterfall and the rooftop pool. Food was decent and staff was absolutely lovely. The rooms could use some updates but the sand beach floor in the bathroom is a very cool detail.
Disliked: I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Good rate and great location. Thanks for hosting me and my biz pahtnah Alberto !

Liked: Lovely living garden wall with running water which if your room is facing it is very refreshing
Disliked: I stayed twice in rooms which were a bit expensive for the size and in one case the room was a bit tired and needed a refresh. I suspect there's quite a variety in the standard of the rooms. The staff were equally varied. Some were lovely and very helpful, others less so.

Liked: Nice y clean
Disliked: Paying 3 euros for a towel rental y that when we needed a plastic spoon to use in our room for food we took back to room and pool restaurante said we needed to buy it? Buy a plastic spoon? We just eat there and spent $700 .. for these reasons we will not be back.. however your hotel is very nice , it would be best to wave silly rules and fees .. guests from Canada may not appreciate this , because for that 1 euro cost to buy a plastic spoon, you lost a return visit.

Liked: Luxury hotel that even smelt lovely as you walked through the door - the feeling of being in a garden , the water , plants and the roof top bar ! What a place to watch sunset Rooms clean , well maintained and contemporary - fridge , air con , toiletries and cleaned every day ! Will absolutely return ! An oasis in a busy beautiful city
Disliked: Like others maybe slightly earlier pool opening but understand closing at 7 as the pool becomes the roof top bar !
