Very good

Liked: Location was excellent. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was beautiful. The room had everything we needed. We would certainly stay again if we came back to Madrid.
Disliked: There was work being done in the hotel, which was a bit frustrating as the drills/hammering was walking us up around 8:30 each morning. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a pain after a late night.

Liked: The calm feeling when moving around in the hotel. Clean room.
Disliked: Perhaps to put water in the fridge each day.

Disliked: Pool area could be better, no shade and not much space Room we were in was very tired and the whole side of that hotel needs a refurb

Little bit pricey but overall...

Liked: To have the pool and rooftop bar was great
Disliked: Pool was only open from 11-7pm, wished it was longer. As can’t use room towels at the pool you have to rent a towel for 4 euro.

Liked: Fantastic location within walking distance of key sites. Beautifully decorated hotel with rooftop pool and bar. Supermarket across street. Wide choice of restaurants.

Liked: rooms have good size, shower amazing. Excellent location. Close to everything great local transportation around. The pool is a blessing in summer. Wish it open earlier!! Amazing view from the terrace.
Disliked: pool hours. It opens not until 11am! too late!! and it closes very early
