Liked: The rooms were fine, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The noise of ventilation fans in the room were a bit annoying when trying to sleep

Be careful when paying they...

Liked: The hotel it’s self was fine, the front desk staff were friendly, it was a little noisy with the tram but not horrendous
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel did not stick to booking.com terms which stating payment would be taken in PLN, they charged me in GBP without my consent just charged what I had booked with resulting in an additional nearly 7% charge through their own card machine. I have been going back and forth with them to get this refunded however they have just been brushing me off it has been over a month now. Really disappointed as the stay itself was fine. However I can not rate higher than a 1 due to payment issues.
