Liked: Good host provide breakfast although we were very early because of our Tours.
Disliked: for the price it is ok.

Loved our stay in Hotel...

Liked: The Hotel Santa Croce is very well located in the historic part of Florence .Mario is very passionate about running this hotel and gave us info about what to see .The breakfast was fairly adequate.The hotel is located in a very old building that is protected ,so very limited renovations are allowed .
Disliked: The shower is very small but we managed.We understand that limited renovations are allowed

Best place to stay in...

Liked: We were received incredibly well, the host even gave us travel tips. Our apartment was very spacious and well placed, surrounded by historical monuments. The AC was working well.
Disliked: A bed was a bit rough but nothing concerning.

Liked: Had to book quickly and last minute. Super accommodating and friendly staff! Allowed me to store my luggage upon check-out, until I was able to check into my next place.
