Liked: Nice room and lobby and personnel.
Disliked: Bathroom shower design. Water sprays out over the bathroom floor! Lots and lots of water that we sopped up with the towels. Soggy wet mess!

Best stop of my year!!

Liked: Beautiful and freshly renovated inside...but holds some old school charm!!I really enjoy the water and ice station on each floor! They even offer sparkling water at the tap in these stations. The bed and room were very comfy and very clean. Top notch place and I hope to stay again!!Also the valet attendant(s) were very helpful, fast and informative....and real gem in the middle of down town Santana Barbara.
Disliked: My stay was too short!!

Liked: Beautifully renovated! Staff were courteous and friendly. Awesome location. Bed was very comfy and all amenities were nice. We will be back!

Liked: Location was excellent, and the free bikes allowed us to explore the city with ease. The valets had some excellent restaurant and bar recommendations. The hotel also smelled amazing and the style and decor were great.
Disliked: The bed itself was a little hard and the pillows a little too soft.
