Disliked: We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Paris, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst. We chose this property based on the photos and reviews, but reality was completely different.The room was extremely dirty. We arrived around 11:30 PM, exhausted, and I had to disinfect everything myself just to take a shower. The shower was clogged and smelled bad, the towels had an unpleasant odor, and there were dark stains on the walls and curtains. Dust was everywhere.The breakfast area is very small and cramped, and the quality was really poor considering the price – frozen croissants in Paris is unacceptable.Even worse, we witnessed a very uncomfortable situation: a senior guest was repeatedly accused by a staff member of not having paid for breakfast, despite calmly insisting he had paid for his entire stay. Only after several minutes of back and forth did they realize it was their mistake — but no apology was offered. Great location near metro, food...

Liked: Great location near restaurants and metro. Elevator and good air conditioning. Clean and comfortable beds and linens.
Disliked: Some staff was accusatory and odd. We paid for breakfast and they are very strict when entering the dining room. I brought food up to the room and another staff stopped me and had to verify my room and that I actually bought breakfast before I was allowed to my room. Breakfast is toast and cereal with some cold cuts……
