Very good
Liked: The location is excellent. We really appreciated the free water and coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: The listing indicated that the property has air conditioning, but it was not turned on during our stay at the end of May-June 2. We were told they don’t turn it on until June 2. (That is the day we checked out, and it did not turn on that morning.). It was quite hot in Paris a couple of the days we were there. I would stay in this hotel again if it were cooler OR if the air conditioning was working but felt a little misled that I specifically limited my hotel search to properties with air conditioning and for all intents and purposes this one did NOT have air conditioning during our stay. This should be clarified in big bold letters in the property description.

Great Value for Money
Liked: We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hôtel Sanso by HappyCulture for two nights. The rooms were spotless, and the daily cleaning service was much appreciated. They provided us with fresh towels, body wash, and even offered unlimited coffee, water, and cookies between 3–7 pm, which was a lovely touch!Also, the property was within 5 minutes walk from public transportation which makes it great for travel.The staff were friendly, spoke English, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked well.Overall, a great value for money — clean, cozy, and well-managed. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: Great location abt 5mins walk to Metro n 8mins to RER station n is on the metro line that goes directly to Orly Airport in 28mins.Laundromat is abt 5mins walk from hotel.Chinatown is nearby as well.Front reception staff ,James is excellent in service! Free water , coffee, bakery n snacks in lobby .
Disliked: Perhaps ,housekeeping could do better in replenishing the body wash n shampoo.Its best to bring own toiletries.TV wasn't a smartv with limited TV channels n all in French.

Great value for touring Paris
Liked: Great location near metro and RER to get around Paris! Excellent breakfast with good variety of food! Staff were friendly and very helpful with good overview of using Metro!
Disliked: All was good!
