Very nice and comfy room,...

Liked: Room was comfortable and very clean. Very close to the metro station and to some restaurants and stores. Staff very kind and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out.
Disliked: We were unlucky that metro lines going to the station beside were closed at night so was a little difficult to arrive when it was late. Hot water for bath ran out at around 9am.

Disliked: We pre paid for our room when we booked. On arrival we needed to pay city tax, which is fine, however the staff member found it quite funny that we want to pay in cash rather than card. As someone who has worked in financial services for over 25 years my understanding is that money is money, regardless of what form it comes in!!! Found that behavior a little rude. The rest of the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.

Liked: It was my 3rd time staying in the Hotel Sanso and I abselutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It's just near the metro station and hotel presents excellent service. Thanks for everyting.
