Liked: The breakfast was very nice! Lots of options. The hotel was well located near the antique center, only a 3 minute walk.

Liked: We looked at the room and left to find another place
Disliked: It was lousy

Simple but expensive in good...

Liked: Excellent location, very close to centro storico,. Quiet. Simple but clean.
Disliked: Tiny bathroom with broken shower door. Squeaky bed. Noisy and very weak AC. The price for this hotel was not in line with the condition of this hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was perfect. Many thanks to the ladies serving breakfast, you were so so kind. Will definitely come back.

Ideal hotel for travellers to...

Liked: Location is perfect; 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the Arena. Room was clean and comfortable, but quite basic. Breakfast is great, with very nice staff (just like the gentlemen at the reception!).
Disliked: Bed a bit hard, bathroom a bit small, but no real issues there.

Liked: Location is wonderful. 24 desk is great. Attentive staff.
Disliked: Room wasa bit spartan, butgiven priceamd location that was to be expected.

Liked: Room was a reasonable size and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom quite small but adequate for a short stay.Staff at reception and breakfastroom very pleasant and helpful.I will certainly add this hotel to my list of those I am happy to return to.

Budget accommodation, good location but...

Liked: Good location very close to Piazza Bra and the Arena, walking distance to all the tourist sights. Bus from airport drops u off just outside the hotel. Staff were polite.
Disliked: Noisy air con machine which sounded like running water, really loud in my room (1st floor) and in the hallway outside, I asked for a different room and was initially told there wasn’t any. When the guy on reception heard the noise he ‘spoke to the boss’ and magically found another room on the 2nd floor. The Room was also smelly and and not pleasant. 2nd room was slightly better, certainly quieter but still felt grubby. Breakfast was served in the reception area, limited space and the cereal is placed behind a table so felt quite intrusive and disturbing for the guests at that table. Breakfast had very limited choice.
