Great location, great staff, not...

Liked: The location is unbeatable: it's walking distance from the train station!The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! They were very keen to make conversation and help us by giving tips on what to see!The breakfast, although not included, was wonderful! We found it very complete and delicious!
Disliked: The bedroom.It was smaller than expected - it did not correspond to the pictures.The fact that it was an apartment restructured as several rooms did not help: the balcony was shared with one of the other rooms - although having a physical wood separator, we could hear our neighbors talking the whole night there, even with our windows closed.The bed was not comfortable: the mattress felt weird, and the pillow was enormous and just horrible to sleep.Also, the fact that the room doesn't have AC is a downside: the room gets really warm on warm days, and the provided fan doesn't help much. During our stay, we barely slept on the first night due to this. We were a bit luckier on the following nights because the temperature dropped considerably.

Great experience!

Liked: Everything was perfect, both room and bathroom were extremely clean, the bed was super comfy and most importantly hotel is located just a few minutes from central station and cathedral, what makes travelling unbelievably convenient. Check-in was easy and the staff made us feel welcome. The price was really reasonable :)

Liked: Good communication via booking.com pre-arrival, cleanliness, fan in the room as the weather was very hot, 2 keys. Location. Storing our luggage for a couple of hours on our departure date.

Liked: Small room, enough to sleep for 1. Friendly staff and could check in to the room very early to drop luggage.Not many amenities, only kettle and tea. Excellent location, but can be a bit loud at night (solved by closing the window which provides great isolation).
Disliked: Would have appreciated a coffee machine.
