Liked: Great location next to main station and restaurants.Booking worked well.
Disliked: Room was neither aired nor heated in advance.Be aware that there are THREE doors - one to the reception (only staffed tilll 6 pm), one to the hotel (to which your key fits), and one to a residentiial building to the left. All the hotel signs are located around that door, not at the real door (those two doors are very close together). So don't panic if you return late and your key does not seem to fit at first.

Disliked: For me the bed was not top. Almost impossible to get the room dark (bad curtains)No lift. Very small bathroom. Expensive! I guess you pay for the location, but even the neighborhood was not nice.Of course, the famous Dom of Koln is only 50m away as are the pubs and restaurants.
