Disliked: Expensive and no place really to sit in a single bedroom; slight bill issue at checkout but easily resolved

Liked: Beautifully appointed hotel in central location. Comfortable beds and great shower. Loved the wine o’clock. Great breakfast buffet.
Disliked: AC but room still warm. Expected in old buildings. Opening window solves the issue even in July. Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I appreciate their timely effort a lot about trying to help us upgrade our room to two persons because my partner decided to join my trip and as well as the days while we were staying there. The staff are always nice and supportive. The double room we stayed is really elegant and clean. The location is excellent, in the heart of city centre. You can walk or ride a bike to any famous spots.
Disliked: The room is compact for two persons because we carry two 29inch luggages so there is not much space for us to sit and also the TV unfortunately doesn’t work.

Liked: great location, super cute and cosy inside, nice food menu, free mini bar, lovely staff
Disliked: Rooms had no heated towel rails, or underfloor heating in the bathroom so the stone floors were absolutely freezing. It also meant damp clothing from the rain we couldn’t hang on a heated towel rails/towels weren’t heated. For this price I really think that some heating amenities would’ve gone a long way. Rooms also felt very small for the price and didn’t feel that clean. We found the bed quite uncomfortable- pillows weren’t good quality and bedding didn’t feel cosy. The bed linen itself was very scratchy not a high thread count. floors never felt that clean. it looks super cute and the staff are lovely but you’re not paying for any luxurious facilities or amenities, mostly location
