Liked: great location, super cute and cosy inside, nice food menu, free mini bar, lovely staff
Disliked: Rooms had no heated towel rails, or underfloor heating in the bathroom so the stone floors were absolutely freezing. It also meant damp clothing from the rain we couldn’t hang on a heated towel rails/towels weren’t heated. For this price I really think that some heating amenities would’ve gone a long way. Rooms also felt very small for the price and didn’t feel that clean. We found the bed quite uncomfortable- pillows weren’t good quality and bedding didn’t feel cosy. The bed linen itself was very scratchy not a high thread count. floors never felt that clean. it looks super cute and the staff are lovely but you’re not paying for any luxurious facilities or amenities, mostly location

Liked: Great spot, fantastic location and friendly staff. Rooftop bar was the icing on the cake even though the lobby bar served up great cocktails with a lively ambiance.

Liked: Train staff better when it comes to settling bills and payments clueless.
Disliked: Everyone was very nice and polite.

Liked: Best locatiom. Very close to Metro and Department store.
Disliked: I only wish gym was available.
